Registration and Booking Confirmation

Kindly fill in the registration document carefully and send it to ROOTS – Verein zur Erforschung und Vermittlung der menschlichen Wurzeln. (Hereinafter referred to as “ROOTS”)

Submission of your registration constitutes a legally binding contract between the customer and ROOTS.

After receiving your written registration, ROOTS will send the customer a booking confirmation with which the contract also becomes legally binding for ROOTS (subject to cancellations due to insufficient number of participants).

By registering, the customer agrees to the necessary electronic storage and recording of customer data.

Payment

The agreed price is to be paid in cash by arrangement, but no later than when the event begins.

Cancellation and Rebooking Policy

Cancellation or rebooking of an event must be made in writing. A rebooking cannot be guaranteed. Any subsequent cancellation is subject to ROOTS general cancellation conditions.

In the event of a cancellation, the following cancellation fees are due immediately:

• From 20 days before the start of the event, 50% of agreed price
• From 10 days before the start of the event, 100% of agreed price
• Bookings may be transferred.

Services and prices

The ROOTS services description exclusively is binding for the scope of the contractual services. The events take place in any weather conditions! Services not made use of by the course participant (e.g. termination due to homesickness or real illness) cannot be made up for or reimbursed.

Die Teilnahme an allen Veranstaltungen erfolgt auf eigene Gefahr! ROOTS haftet für keinerlei Schäden oder Verletzungen, die der Kursteilnehmer während oder außerhalb der Veranstaltung auf dem Gelände, in seinem Vermögen oder an seinem Körper erleidet.

Participation in any ROOTS events/services is at the participants’ own risk! ROOTS is not liable for any damages to property or injury suffered by participants, either during or outside of the event on ROOTS premises.

ROOTS retains the right to take photographs and film events and use these for advertising purposes without charge.

Jurisdiction

The court of jurisdiction is Vienna. Austrian law applies.
